Hi there, I'm Christina
(Holistic social worker turned stress & grief alchemist.
Matrix Reimprinting, EFT Tapping Practitioner & Reiki Master-Teacher).
I support individuals navigating cancer, loss, chronic stress / burnout, and major life transitions to soften the overwhelm, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover a sense of calm, clarity and purpose, even when life feels unbearably heavy.
For more than a decade, I’ve walked alongside people in some of their most difficult and uncertain moments — on oncology wards, through end of life care, into bereavement, and in the sacred spaces where stress and grief shape identity, relationships and belonging.
And through that work, one truth has never changed:
Grief is not a problem to be solved.
It’s a transformation to be supported.
If you’re carrying grief, stress, or exhaustion that no amount of self-care seems to shift… you’re not alone — and you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

Just like you, I’ve had seasons where life cracked me open - through the death of loved ones, relationship breakups, financial uncertainty, career changes, and embarking into the world of parenting. I tried everything I’d been taught along the way too, from meditation, to exercise, self-care techniques, cognitive behaivour therapies and much more.
It wasn’t until I adopted a holistic (mind, body, spirit) approach that blended my deep fascination of trauma-informed (including somatic) therapies, neuroscience, EFT tapping, Matrix Reimprinting & Reiki that I finally felt my nervous system come home.
These practices didn’t erase my grief, they helped me move with it,
and transform it, instead of being swallowed by it.
They softened the edges. They returned me to inner peace and they reminded me that healing isn’t linear — it’s layered, sacred, and deeply personal.
And now, this is the space I hold for you.
